• Enclosed with your quote you will have a Quotation Acceptance Form. If you wish to proceed with your quote we ask for you to return the signed Quotation Acceptance form along with a 10% deposit. The deposit can be paid by cheque, in store by cash, Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card, all credit card payments will incur a 2% fee.
• Once your Quotation Acceptance Form and deposit has been received your job will be processed for council and submitted within 1 week. The duration for Council approval can take from 2-6 weeks.
• Once you receive your council approval a further 30% payment is due, once this payment is received your job will be ordered, manufacturing takes approximately 2 weeks, depending on the size and detail of the job. In this time an order confirmation will be received by Total Outdoor Living with an estimated delivery date.

• When a delivery date is received you will be contacted by a Representative of Total Outdoor living and advised of the date, Installation will commence 1 to 3 days after delivery.
• Any letters you receive by council during this time will also have been received and dealt with by Total Outdoor Living.
• Once Installation is complete full payment is required to be made to Total Outdoor Living.
