How it works

Total Outdoor Living can manage your paving, pergola or patio project in Adelaide from start to finish. We are based in Old Noarlunga and are passionate about serving the needs of our local area.

A design consultant and or builder will visit your home to discuss the perfect solution to suit your needs.

Your project will be designed on a CAD program and emailed or posted out to you, with a quotation and a welcome letter that guides you through the upcoming process.

Upon acceptance, your property will be measured up to the millimetre. From these measurements, your engineering plans will be drawn up.

You will sign off on this drawing and it will be the document that will be used for making your materials. We take care of the engineer’s drawings and council approvals for structures, screens, landscaping, paving and any earthworks required.

Once council approval has been received, your structure will be manufactured and you will be contacted with a delivery and install date. We will arrive as agreed, and complete your new structure to superior standards. This entire process can vary depending on the council involved, however an average time of 4-10 weeks can be expected.
